This summer, the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City released a report showing that national startup activity increased in 2015 for the first time in 6 years. To me, this comes as no surprise: We millennials make up more than half of today’s workforce, after all, and turning our big ideas into small businesses is what we do.
